Tips for playing C on ukulele
One finger: the ring finger on the 3rd fret of the A string (0003). It’s usually the very first chord ukulele players learn, and it rings beautifully because three strings stay open.
You’ll find C in common progressions such as C–G–Am–F (the pop progression in C major), C–F–G–F (three-chord rock in C major) and C–Am–F–G (the ’50s progression in C major).
