On guitar, B7sus4 has an open-position shape, x22200, using three fingers alongside the open strings. Don’t strum the low E string.

On piano, B7sus4 has one black key (F♯) and three white keys.

On ukulele the usual B7sus4 shape is 4400, using two fingers.
