On piano, Esus4 sits entirely on white keys.

On ukulele the usual Esus4 shape is 4400, using two fingers.

Related chords

Esus4 contains exactly the same notes as Asus2. Which name fits depends on which note is in the bass and what key you’re in.

Move a single note and Esus4 becomes a different chord: lower A to G♯ for E, swap A for G for Em, swap A for F♯ for Esus2 and add D for E7sus4.
