How to play D♯5

About the D♯ power chord chord

Playing it

On guitar, the usual D♯5 shape is x688xx at the 6th fret. It has no open strings, so it’s a movable shape — slide it along the neck for other power chord chords. Don’t strum the low E, B and high E strings.

On piano, every note of D♯5 is a black key.

On ukulele the usual D♯5 shape is 3366, using four fingers.

Related chords
